"As a new library director coming into a historic building, with a small but significant collection of historic materials, it was such a relief to have an affordable option to have our collection reviewed by The Research Raven services! Once I contacted them, Emma reached out quickly to find out what we needed, and to schedule an evaluation appointment. They provided a thorough evaluation of our books and ephemera. An inventory spreadsheet was created for the library staff to use to understand what was in the collection, and procedures for how to handle our items.
